A PROJECT WITH KATIE RODRIGUEZ DESIGN & BRANDYWINE CONSTRUCTION
This gorgeous new construction home was largely inspired by the family’s love of cooking and entertaining. We worked alongside Katie Rodriguez to bring their dream home to life!
Crisp white cabinetry in the kitchen makes the space feel large and bright, while rustic wood elements in the beam and cutting board create a weathered, warm contrast. The client selected the statement backsplash with designer, Katie Rodriguez.
A sea of walnut drawers in the master bath makes the vanities feel more like elegant dressers. The matching walnut trim creates a wainscot effect with the mirrors above.

The lower level bar features deep, dark steel blue cabinetry with plenty of walnut accents - including the super long wood top! Antique brass grilles compliment the antique mirror backsplash perfectly!
Below: The powder room vanity has a more furniture-like feel, featuring feet, and antiqued mirror mullion doors.
